Responsibilities

• Develop assessment items for students.
• Maintain high academic standards and a congenial learning environment.
• Provide support and guidance for classroom instruction.
• Bring improvements in the teaching and learning process.
• Facilitate teachers in professional development in AKES, P schools.

Requirements

• 16 years of education in either subject
• Proficiency and command of content knowledge
• Preferably a professional degree (e.g., M.Ed/B.Ed)
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at a reputable institution
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ICT integration with teaching/learning (desirable)
