• Unit Head Enterprise Risk Review (Grade: VP-I / SVP-I)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

This role is responsible for Risk Review of Enterprise Risk Governance, Architecture and Reporting control mechanisms and suggest areas where controls can be augmented. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Assist Head RAR Audit in risk assessment process and in preparation of Risk Based Annual RAR Plan.
• Ensure execution of Annual Review Plan within given time schedule and allocation of resources according to risk profile of
• auditable entity.
• Independently review the implementation of Market,Operational Risk and other Enterprise Risk Management Policies
• / Procedures, relevant limits and gaps for achieving the objectives as per bank’s strategy.
• Discussion with relevant RMG functions or other stakeholders on major findings based on Management Audit/ reviews of
• Treasury & Capital Markets Group and Risk Management Group and others especially w.r.t. Enterprise Risk.
• Prepare periodic Reporting Package for outstanding significant deficiencies and substantive issues noted during review
• engagements for Head RAR with updates as to Management Action.
• Performing CAR, NPLs and ECL – IFRS 9 reviews.
• Facilitate communication with management through Head RAR to enable discussion on their concerns on audit engagements through conclusion meetings.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: MBA/ M. Com/ MSc in Accounting/Finance / Mathematics/ Statistics/FRM/CFAP/CAF/CA etc. from any HEC Recognized University or equivalent qualifications. FRM/ CA/ CA Finalist/ CIA will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 06 years of experience in Commercial Bank out of which 05 years must be with an Internal Audit Function of a Bank. Expertise in IFRS-9, Basel & ERM will be preferred.

Age Limit

Not more than 55 Years as of last date of application.
