Eligibility Requirements by Position:

Chief Human Resource Officer:

• Education: Hold a 16-year degree (equivalent to a Master’s degree) in a relevant field, preferably MBA or MS (Master of Science) in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in human resources management.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Chief Legal Officer:

• Education: Hold a professional law degree such as LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) or LL.M (Master of Laws), or be a Barrister-at-Law.
• Experience: Have at least 15 years of experience in the legal field.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal Expertise: Possess a strong background in corporate and commercial law, along with contract negotiation experience, particularly relevant to the power sector at both national and international levels.

Chief Commercial Advisor:

• Education: Hold a 16-year degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Experience: Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial setting.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Chief Technical Engineering Advisor:

• Education: Hold a 16-year degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Possess at least 15 years of experience in the technical engineering field.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Chief Information Technology Officer:

• Education: Hold a 16-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering (a Master’s degree is preferred).
• Experience: Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in information technology and related fields.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Remuneration, Tenure and Age Limit

• The position carry pay/ Salary & perks as per BOD approved policy
• Maximum age should not be more than 55 years as on closing date.
• The contract service shall neither be reglazed nor pensionable at any stage in future under the Government Rules.
