  • Must be an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
  • Minimum 15 years of legal practice, with expertise in labor laws.
  • Proven experience handling high-profile cases and advising on legal matters related to labor regulations.

2. Legal Advisor

• Number of Positions: 06
• Monthly Remuneration: PKR 80,000
• Location: Lahore
• Eligibility Criteria:
  • Must be an Advocate of the High Court.
  • Minimum 7 years of legal practice, preferably in labor law.
  • Experience in litigation, legal advisory, and employment law compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will:

✔ Represent PESSI in courts – labor courts, High Court, and (for Senior Legal Advisor) the Supreme Court.
✔ Provide legal counsel on labor laws, social security regulations, and employment matters.
✔ Draft and review petitions, appeals, contracts, and legal opinions.
✔ Liaise with government agencies, legal professionals, and corporate entities.
✔ Stay updated on changes in labor laws and judicial precedents.
✔ Attend legal meetings, hearings, and provide strategic legal guidance.

Disqualification Criteria

Candidates will be disqualified if:

❌ They have been convicted by a Civil or Criminal Court.
❌ They do not meet the required legal practice criteria.
